I found an alternative idea for ttable in term of extra food after visiting any restaurant.

Please collect your extra food in the restaurant and put it in nice packing then give it to any poor guy in street. The disadvantages are:

- This is not applicable in some countries like US or Canada, coz they might not take it from you.

- Make sure that you have a nice packing as if you are going to eat from it.

It is working very fine in poor countries in Africa and Aisa, I’ve tried it by my self and i have no extra food from any restaurant in my friedg.

The UN’s World Food Programme (WFP) is already facing a shortfall of more than $85m (£50m) worth of food for Ethiopia to the end of this year.

Aid agency Oxfam has called for a new approach to tackling the risk of disaster in the country.

SIRTE, Libya, July 2 (Xinhua) — China will continue to develop bilateral and multilateral agricultural cooperation with African countries and boost the “South-South cooperation” within the framework of “Special Program for Food Security (SPFS),” Assistant Foreign Minister Zhai Jun said Thursday.

In an interview with Xinhua on the sidelines of the 13th Africa Union (AU) Summit currently underway in Libya’s seaside city of Sirte, Zhai said the agricultural cooperation between China and Africa constitutes an important part of bilateral cooperation.

The statement said that the gesture was to stave off hunger on the continent by 2015. It said the funds would provide a lifeline for private investment in the agriculture, irrigation and transportation sectors, and that the fund is being provided by the office of the Secretary-General of the Millennium Development Goals, Africa Steering Group.

The annual USDA survey, which attempts to calculate how many people are consuming less than 2,100 calories a day in countries that do or did receive food aid, is ammunition for the Obama administration in its push to help poor nations feed themselves.
